Flexible vane pump

Hacop Pumps has recently introduced a new generation flexible vane pump under the brand name "Algad" for effective handling of medium and high viscous liquids. As this equipment handles liquids gently (without churning) it is named as Algad. Algad is mostly useful for handling shear sensitive liquids like shampoo bases, liquid soap cream, yogurt, etc. Algad can also handle liquids containing hard solids on fragile particles delicately, ie, without damaging the casing as well fragile particles. It is a positive displacement pump and does not require any priming. These pumps are manufactured from SS 316 material and are available in different models. The capacity varies from 10 LPM to 1000 LPM with a delivery head up to 40 mtrs. The pumps can handle liquids having viscosities up to 50,000 cp, mostly useful for industries like cosmetics, pharmaceutical, dairy, food, breweries, chemicals, etc.
