Alpha Helical Pumps Pvt Ltd manufactures external pumps with cast steel, bronze or stainless steel body.The bearings of the external pumps are separated from main pump housing and lubrication is done separately. Shaft sealing is by gland packing/ mechanical seal. The screws of stainless steel or bronze are equipped with an inbuilt safety relief valve. Standard pumps have CI body/alloy steel screws. Steam jacketing, sump heating, electrical tracing of the pump is possible. Application: Oil, Petroleum, Sugar industries and Others. Technical specification: Capacity: 400 m3/hr. Pressure: 25 bar.
