Electronic membrane metering pump, G series

Shapo Tools offers G series electronic membrane metering pump. The electrical consumption is 15 to 24 W, number of injection: 0 to 150 per minute; input signal: current input: 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA; digital input (free contact); level probe input for product; working temperature 5 to 45?C; double ball suction and delivering valve; box and liquid end in PP-PTFE diaphragm. The pump meets IP65 protection standard. Installation is vertical with two screws at a distance of 151 mm. The pump is driven by an electronic circuit consisting of a professional PCB and electronic components of proven quality for top reliability to the user. An all-plastic container ensures that both the electronics and mechanical parts are protected against chemical attack. A PTFE diaphragm provides the hydraulic seal and five types of elastomers are selected to suit the metered product. Easy-to-operate control functions are represented by graphic symbols on a tough polycarbonate panel. The pump is available in six basic models.
