Eccentric Helical Rotor Pumps

Eccentric helical rotor pumps from UT are self-priming, rotary, valveless, positive displacement pumps of simple construction having only two pumping elements--a steel rotor and a rubber stator. These pumps provide pulsation and turbulence-free flow. Since flow of the pumps is directly proportional to speed, they are useful for simple dosing applications also. These pumps can handle liquids of low or high viscosity, acidic or alkaline, abrasive and corrosive, slurry or fibrous media with entrapped gases or with sand or solid contents. Eccentric helical rotor pumps find applications in almost all types of industries, viz, chemical, construction, food and food processing, paper, pharmaceutical, refineries, sewage handling, water treatment, sludge handling and many others. These pumps are available in different sizes in capacities up to 270 m3/hr and discharge pressures to 80-bars.
