Drum Pump, Pneumatic Reversible

Micronic Innovation Engineers offers a pneumatic, reversible Drum Pump. Unijet pneumatic reversible drum pump facilitates removal of trampoil (unwanted oil mixed with cutting fluid) or filling cutting fluid, hydraulic oils, liquid transfers and removal of liquid spills, which is otherwise time consuming and cumbersome. This inexpensive portable threaded air operated pump attaches quickly to any closed head of a drum. The pump with standard ¼” BSP inlet uses compressed air to create a high powered vacuum, which can suck from liquid tray sump container (like in CNC machines) to fill a drum of 210 litres within two minutes. Similarly filling back from the drum is easy with this reversible pump, which creates high pressure inside to rum out and dispels the liquid from the drum. An adjustable knob is used to create vacuum or pressure inside the drum. The pump uses only 145 NLPM at 5.5 bar (80 PSIG) and can remove water at 100 litres per minute. The in-built auto system shut-off prevents overfill. Flow rate can be controlled either by a shutoff valve or a regulator. Steel drums with nominal thickness of 1.5 mm (16 gauge) are recommended. The pump is supplied with suction tube assembly 3 mtr hose and straight aluminium wand. Extra accessories offered include filter with auto drain and 210 ltr round drum trolley. This maintenance free and portable pump has no moving parts, does not use electricity but only air, can be used with any standard closed head drum and is easy to install and use.
