Vertical Foot Mounted Coolant Pumps

Rajamane Industries, an ISO 9001 company, has introduced RMB-V Series coolant pumps for machine tools industry. The company manufactures over 40 models of coolant pumps. The new series pumps are tank top mounting type, with a suction depth of 500 mm, without foot valve/non-return valve. These are self-priming pumps, with semi open type of impeller fitted with the most rugged mechanical seal for longer life. The construction of the impeller allows transfer of particulates without any problem. Also the unique design of the pump avoids the entry of coolant into motor or bearing housing, in case of failure of mechanical seal. Because of these features, the pumps are most suitable for machine tool applications. These can be used on and CNC machines or other machines, where the tank height is non-standard, or too small or long to mount conventional pumps with standard immersion depth. It can also be used where the mounting of conventional coolant pump is not possible due to compactness of the CNC machine (like the coolant tank in the machine bed, size optimisation, etc). These pumps are available for discharge up to 300 LPM and power from 0.25 to 1.1 kW.
