Conventional & Monoblock Coolant Pump

Rajamane Industries, an ISO 9001 company, has introduced RK300 to 800 series coolant pumps, adding to its existing range of over 40 models of coolant pumps. These new model series is for high flow, with top outlet for easy mounting. These pumps are of conventional type, with semi open impellers. The main feature or these pumps is the outlet, which on mounting is available on top. This eliminates the problem faced with bottom outlet pumps in past, for high flow. Other special features of these pumps compared to bottom outlet pumps are: no air locking, can run dry, highly efficient, can handle large chips (special version) and available in 5 different models for 300 to 1000 LPM discharge. These pumps can be given with any immersion depth up to 1500 mm. The series finds application in many fields of machine tools industry apart from other industries like granite, heat treatment, etc. In machine tools, these are most suitable for grinding machines, chip conveyors, filtration units, bed/chip flushing on CNC machines, etc. The availability of these models in different immersion depths up to 1500 mm models make then the most suitable for large coolant tanks, with more height to save floor space.
