Coolant Pump, High Discharge Type

Rajamane Industries introduce high discharge coolant pumps in RK 200 to RK 1000 Series. These are available in 5 different models for up to 1000 LPM discharge capacity. The special construction immersion and top outlet enables easy installation, maintenance and compactness. These pumps are particularly suitable for filtration and chip conveyors, where the dirty liquid has to be dumped for filtration. These can handle chips up to 2 mm. Even higher chip handling capacity coolant pumps are available on request. These will eliminate the split plate and bottom outlet type coolant pumps, which are bulky in size, inefficient and difficult to mount. These pumps are available without gland and bush sleeve bearings, which enable them to run in dry conditions. This also eliminates problems like air locking, position disturbance while removing, mounting, etc, observed in other bottom outlet coolant pumps. The capacities available are 200, 400, 600, 800 and 1000 LPM, with standard 300 mm immersion and also any immersion depth up to 1 metre. Motor rating is 0.75 kW to 2.25 kW.
