Hunan Joinrun Machinery Co offers HBT Engine S-Valve Series Concrete Pump. Hydraulic system: open three united pump and three loops style hydraulic system design, main pump equipped steady power control and automatic pressure cutting-off device, provides reliable protection. The forerun over fall valve provides safe flooding function. There is an independent main pump and S-valve flirt oil loop, for reliable performance and placidity switch. Prick sealed hydraulic loop is connected by flange for ease and economical maintenance. Electrical system: 24V DC supply, import electrical components, high system reliable and ease maintenance; automatic gun of diesel engine; wire or wireless options convenient for long distance control, close-up, no touch turn-off, insure reliable switch. Lubrication system: centralised automatic lubricating control, manual cleaning available; high-pressure filter equipped on the lubricate pump outlet, so the system is reliable while the pumping. The switch device for high and low pressure is equipped, available for frequent conversion of concrete pumping between high-rise small exhausting capacity and the fundamental large delivery capacity, so the customers can make rational choice on the basis of the concrete delivery height (or distance) and delivery capacity. Most of the electrical appliances of the electrical system adopt the originally imported products, the control system adopts the programmable logic controller (PLC) with reliable operation and strong adaptability, and the remote control device can be used for remote distance operation.
