Optimum suction capability, high discharge pressure and the most gentle product handling when pumping high viscous products, are the specialty. The area seal principle between pistons, casing with fixed hubs and cover enables highly efficient product transfer. The special design of contra-rotating non-contacting rotary pistons ensures the product is not squeezed but non-destructively displaced. It is available in seven sizes, discharge pressures up to 20 bar and flow rates up to 30 m3/hr. Applications: it is particularly suitable for inhomogeneous products with large-soft suspended solids; high suction heads; and high viscosities up to 1,000, 00 mPas.
