Chemical Process Pumps, Multistage

Marck Engineers offers a range of chemical process pumps. The company offers a multistage pump. These pumps are used for waterworks, boiler feed water, fire fighting, hot and cool water circulating, booster plants, irrigation and sprinkling installation and also generation of high pressure water for hydraulic presses, etc. Design: horizontal, radially split, ring section, multi stage pump with radial impellers, the stages are sealed off against each other by gasket and clamped together by tie rods and with shaft protection sleeve/shaft sleeve. Operating data: size – Marck-32, Marck-40; capacity – up to 27 m3/h; head – H up to 250 m; pressure – P up to 28 bar; temperature – t up to +140ºC; speeds – n up to 2900 RPM. Materials: suction casing – CI Gr FG 260, discharge casing – CI Gr FG 260, diffuser – CI Gr FG 260, stage casing – CI Gr FG 260, impeller – CI Gr FG 260/BS 1400 Gr LG2, shaft – C45, and shaft protection sleeve – CI Gr, FG 260/sleeve A 276 type 410, tie rods – C45.
