Chemical process pumps

PE-Series pumps have various applications in chemical industries: for handling fluids at higher temperature; for handling slurries (with replaceable wear plate); for handling fluids at higher suction pressures (roller bearing at inboard, qty 2, thrust bearing at outboard); and for handling fluids at zero leakage (construction with mechanical seal of reputed make). Performance coverage: sizes - 40 to 125 mm suction; capacity - 1 to 300m3/hr; head - up to 150 m; temperature -30?C to 350?C; speed - 1450/2900 RPM; ST box - gland packed or mechanical seal; working pressure - up to 50 bar; and material of construction - CI, as per IS 210 Gr 20; WCB; CF8/SS304; CF8M/SS316; A-20/CN 7M; R-55; H-B, H-C. Salient features: designed to ISO 2858 or DIN 24256 standard; back pull out design; centre line discharge, generally conforms to API 610. There are 17 models covering only 4 bearings frame assembly. Pumps are offered with either cooling or heating jacket. Reinforced bearings offered for higher suction pressure. Use of spacer coupling facilitates maintenance without disturbing pipelines.
