Booster, rotary & diffusion pumps

Vaccum Instruments Company manufactures different varieties of pumps such as booster, rotary and diffusion pumps that incorporate the latest design and technology. The capacities range from 5,000 to 1,50,000 litre/min. Large pumps are also made against specific requirements. Booster/mechanical combinations are available with control and other accessories. Rotary pumps are rotary vane type come in either single or double stage. These are of sophisticated design and rugged construction. These have free air displacement capacity of 50 to 3000 litre/min. Diffusion pumps are available in ranges from 60 mm to 1000 mm. The pump design incorporates the latest finding in jet emission dynamics and vapour removal techniques. Pump accessories include isolation valves; cold traps; freon-refrigeration and LN2 chevron (optically dense) baffles; butterfly type quarter-swing valves; and water flow switches.
