Air Hydraulic Foot Pump

Hi-Force Hydraulics Ltd offers five self contained reciprocating pumps, suitable for operation from a standard workshop air supply of 9.44 litres per second at seven bar. Rapid cylinder extension with controlled return is provided, together with extended pressure holding to maintain any determined cylinder position. Smooth restart under load is also provided and control is via a pivoted treadle which can be foot and hand operated. Both two and four way valve versions are available, for operation with single or double acting cylinders. The bi-radial air motors run on PTFE bearings for extended lift. Further protection is provided by an air inlet filter fitted as standard. Almost all pumps are supplied with an oil sight level gauge.
