Air Driven Gas Boosters & Liquid Pumps

Newtonia Engineers offers air driven gas boosters and liquid pumps for various high pressure applications. Compressed air at 7-10 bar is sufficient to drive the equipment. Gas boosters with ratios of 1:30, 1:60 and single/two-stage options are available. These boosters can handle any inert gas like nitrogen, argon, helium, dry air, etc, and develop a maximum pressure of 500 bar. Liquid pumps with a ratio of 1:100 and single/double acting options are available. These liquid pumps can develop a maximum pressure of 1000 bar. Applications include charging of accumulators, pneumatic suspensions units, inflating high pressure tyres, calibration of pressure gauges and transducers, pressure testing of valves, pipelines, fittings, cooling thermal imaging camera heads, actuating of air chucks in machine tools, offshore deep sea diving operations, and salvaging partially used expensive gas cylinders.
