Complete pump unit with local control panel, instrumentation and safety controls is mounted on a vibration free fixed base frame or towable trolley with solid/pneumatic wheels. Overhead water tank can also be fixed on frame. Complete unit can also be manufactured suitable for operation in hazardous area with flameproof electrics. - Cleaning of turbine blades, heat exchanger pipes and tubes, air-filters, pre-heaters, reactors, pressure vessels, silos, tanks, machined parts, sewage pipes, ship hull, evaporators, condensers, coolers, tube bundles, coach/bogies, external cleaning; and descaling of billets, blooms, plates, spring sheets, forgings, pipes, non ferrous metals, etc.
- Manufactured as per design of Kamat Pumpen, Germany compact design, rugged construction opump with quieter operation
- Crankshaft supported by heavy cylindrical roller bearings and driven by means of a built-in helical gears and pinion drive with herring bone gear arrangement
- The ductile iron connecting links have replaceable steel backed babbit lined bearing
- Ultrasonically tested forged SS pump head ensures safe operation at high pressure (other materials on request)
- Valves and seats made from special high strength materials ensure long life
- Sealing with special packing material having no wear sensitive lip
- Variations in flow and pressure possible by simple change of conversion kits
- High pressure pump, fitted with unloader
- Safety valve is driven by electric motor or diesel engine and assembled with centrifugal pump filter to ensure supply of pressurised clean water at pump inlet
