Rockdril (India) Pvt Ltd offers a Triplex High Pressure Reciprocating Pump, designed and developed to meet the need for a most reliable and efficient pumping unit for core drilling applications in different formations. These pumps are compact, streamlined and are engineered for safety at high operating pressures. Rockdril pumps provide the most economical means for supplying fluid under pressure to maintain good cooling of the drill bits, carry cuttings to the surface and provide continuous flow of fluid to the bore-hole. These can handle clear water or light drilling mud. Each component is made from selected raw material and is rigorously tested and inspected at every stage of manufacture. These pumps can be supplied with five speed transmission which permits easy and efficient control of the volume of circulating fluid pumped into borehole to suit the drilling conditions. This eliminates the need to bye pass water, throttle the engine or change the liners to vary the pump discharge. The correct discharge is available by just running the engine at, or near, the recommended speed for optimum performance and long life. Closed circuit pumping is possible with the pump fitted with five speed transmission. The importance of a good reliable pump, which will perform continuously, cannot be overemphasised in a drilling set up.
