Salient features: high service life; compact design with in-built speed reducer; single piece SS 304/316 fluid end; appropriate valve kinematics gives minimum fluctuation; and easy maintenance due to simple assembly and good access. Application: hydrojet cleaning, hydro testing, dechoking of heat exchanger and condenser tubes, reactor/vessel cleaning, hydrojet cutting, oil/chemical transfer, etc. Applicable standards: hydraulic institute standards, Indian standard IS: 11745. Specifications: pump type – horizontal, single acting, triplex reciprocating plunger pump; pump speed – 425 RPM (with prime mover of 1500 RPM); maximum working pressure – 1500 kg/cm2; maximum discharge – 141 LPM; maximum power – 50 HP; duty – continuous/intermittent; stroke length – 70 mm; power drive – electric motor/diesel/gas/truck engine; mounting – base plate/skid/trolley/trailer; power end connection – directly coupled with inbuilt speed reduction gears; and dry weight of pump – 250 kg (bare shaft pump).
