High Pressure Pump

CNP Pumps India Pvt Ltd (formerly Nanfang Pumps India Pvt Ltd) has launched High Pressure Pump, HP/VMHP Series. This high flow high head pump offers range beyond vertical multistage pump series. HP/VMHP series pumps are highly reliable due to simple structure compared to reciprocating type of pumps and it gives high efficiency. Applications: sea water desalination systems; boiler feed; booster systems; and cleaning systems. Structure: two pumps assembled to pump sets in series or only one pump; the pump is coupled with standard motor by rigid coupling; impeller is installed back to back, so as to balance the big thrust force of the pump; for the wet parts, for HP model, it is SS304 or SS316; for VMHP for investment casting, the material is duplex stainless steel, for sectional material part, the material is super austenitic stainless steel; and the rubbing part of mechanical seal is tungsten carbide/carbon, specially designed for high pressure. Technical Data: Flow Range - 16 m3/hr~55 m3/hr (HP series); 5 m3/hr-50 m3/hr (VMHP Series); maximum head - 720 M head; materials of construction - SS 316l or duplex steel; and drive - IEC standard motor, IP 55/F Class.
