High Pressure Pumps

Rajamane Industries offers High Pressure Pumps, RTH45 Series. These pumps are simple centrifugal, multistage pumps with silicon carbide mechanical seals and bush bearings. These points make it more reliable in operation and can handle large contamination than the existing water pumps used in machine tool industries. Special versions are available for grinding application, where most of the presently using pumps have a shorter lifespan. The demand for the coolant pressure is more now than never before. The reliability of the pumps with contaminated liquid and cases of commissioning and maintenance are the other requirements. These pumps are fitted with Rajamane dual speed motors, for operating at low (up to 6 bar) as well as at high pressure (up to 26 bar). This saves lot of power, apart from increasing the coolant life, eliminating the need for another low-pressure pump. This also can be given with frequency drive to integrate with the CNC drive for infinite pressure adjustment and more power saving. The motor and pump is matched such that the user can operate the pump on the entire range of the pump-zero head to locked head-without having to worry about anything.
