Leakless (India) Engineering manufactures Chemical Process Pumps. The other products are: centrifugal, vertical sump, self priming and monoblock pumps, in materials like injection moulded polypropylene, UHMW-HDPE, PVDF, PTFE and rubber lined, CS, SS 316, alloy-20, hastalloy C and B. It is used for chemical, petrochemical, fertilizers, oil refineries, paper, sugar, dairy, pesticides, effluent treatments and pharmaceuticals. These are available in capacities ranging from 0.5 HP to 50 HP motor and flow rate up to 200 m3/hr and head up to 100 m. The special features: unique and simple design for maintenance-free operation with mechanical seal and gland, oil lubricated bearing, semi-open and closed impellers, heavy duty bearing housing for no vibration and noise, shaft fitted with bearing and adopter for easy assembly.
