CENTRIFUGAL MONOBLOCK PUMPS

Union Company offers CRI Centrifugal Monoblock Pumps. It has high operating efficiency resulting in lower power consumption and good suction lift characteristics. It can withstand wide voltage fluctuations. Single shaft for motor and pumps ensures permanent correct alignment. The pump"s volute chamber and impellers improves hydraulic efficiency and suction lift characteristics. The pumps are powered by a totally enclosed fan cooled AC induction motor suitable for continuous duty. Dynamically balanced rotor ensures vibration and noise free operations. The varnish-impregnated windings are made of high-grade enamelled copper wire, which offers excellent resistance. Thermal cut out relay (motor protector) is incorporated in all single-phase motors up to 1.5 kW. Applications are in domestic, irrigation, agriculture, farms, industry and civil works. The specifications are as follows: power range - 0.37 to 1.5 kW single phase, 2-pole and 0.37 to 1.5 kW three phase, 2-pole, speed is 2880 RPM; and versions available are AC 50 Hz single phase 200-240 V permanent split capacitor (CSR) and AC 50 Hz, 3-phase 380-415 V direct online (DDL).
