Metering/Dosing Pumps, Plunger Type

Positive displacement metering pumps are developed for the transfer of required quantity of chemicals at required pressure. The metering pump pressure will not affect the capacity of the pump more than -2%. Flow rate can be controlled from 0 to 100%. Metering/dosing pump capacity range is from 2 ltr/hr to 6000 ltr/hr, and pressure is up to 100 kg/ cm², with material of construction in SS 316/alloy 20/castalloy, etc. These pumps are tested at every stage, and all spares are interchangeable and readily available. Also available are metering and dosing pumps in diaphragm type, pressure relief/safety valve and pressure reducing valve/suction strainer from investment casting.
