Metering Pumps

Dupoly offers Metering Pumps. These are used for paper mills. These pumps can be provided with single, double hydraulically flex diaphragm, covering the capacity ranges up to 15,000 lph and discharge pressure up to 350 kg/cm2. These pumps are applied for operations, such as a dosing, metering, injection, feed, proportioning and leak less, and are also designed to deliver flow streams at adjustable & controlled rates. These pumps are also utilized for high-pressure system, where low flow rates in ml or litre/hr required, flow proportioning, to handle various fluid (viscous, slurries, corrosive, hazardous, radioactive, abrasive, toxic, melts, gases, foams, yeast and food) and numerous other uses. These pumps are crafted from various materials like, SS 304/316, alloy 20, hastelloy C & B, monel, inconel, polypropylene, PTFE, PVC and UHMWPE depending upon the nature of the liquid to be handled. These pumps can apply for dosing and metering of alum, rosin, sodium hydroxide, caustic, percol, lime slurry, starch, hypo, polymer, de-inking chemical, de-foaming chemical, floating agent, poly aluminium chloride, flocculants, urea, colour & dye coating chemical, talcum and other chemicals for online dosing in paper mill machines.
