Metering Pumps

Dupoly offers Metering Pumps. These pumps are applied for operation such as a dosing, metering, injection, feed, proportioning. These pumps are designed to deliver flow streams at adjustable & controlled rates. These pumps are also utilized for high-pressure system where low flow rates in ml or litre / hr required, flow proportioning, to handle various fluid (viscous, slurries, corrosive, hazardous, radioactive, abrasive, toxic, melts, gases, foams, yeast, food) and numerous other uses. These pumps can be provided with plunger as well as single, double hydraulically or mechanical flex diaphragm, covering the capacity ranges from 100 ml / hr to 14,000 lph and discharge pressure up to 1000 kg /sq. cm. These pumps are crafted from various materials like SS 304 / 316, alloy 20, hastelloy C & B, monel, inconel, polypropylene, PTFE, PVC and UHMWPE depending up on the nature of the liquid to be handled. Custom built ready to use complete package of dosing, feeding, injecting system are procurable with automation and other accessories like agitator, tanks, back pressure and relief valves, pulsation dampeners, flow and control equipment, drive, electric/ pneumatic actuator, PLC - micro processor, filter-strainer, Pump mounting shelf, trolley etc with customised specifications.
