Metering pump

Dencil Pumps offer reciprocating diaphragm and plunger type metering pumps in simplex and multiplex designs. Diaphragm pumps are available with single or double diaphragm depending on applications. Rotary motion of the prime mover is converted into reciprocating motion through a suitable gear reducer and well equipped crank mechanism. Stroke adjustment could be effected even when the pump is in operation. Diaphragm pumps have hydraulically actuated diaphragm and a back pressure valve to balance the hydraulic oil in the chamber. Back pressure valve acts as a safeguard from damage if the discharge pressure exceeds pump's rated pressure. Oscillation of the diaphragm produces pumping action on the process fluid. Diaphragm pumps are available with flow rate of 6,000 l/hr and pressure up to 10 kg/cm2 as well as plunger pumps with a capacity of 6,000 l/hr and pressure up to 200 kg/cm2. Liquid heads are offered in CI, SS 304/304 L/316/316 L, Morel, Inconel Hastalloy, BIC, PVC, polypropylene, Teflon. 100% leak-proof diaphragm pumps have a diaphragm life of 12,000 hours of continuous service. Diaphragm pumps are normally recommended for hazardous, and poisonous liquids where leakage is not at all permitted. Diaphragm pumps with double diaphragms and double valves are suitable for pumping slurry and hot liquids. Dencil Pumps also offer complete dosing systems consisting of metering pumps, dosing tanks, strainers, valves' pressure gauges and relief valves.
