Sandur Fluid Controls offers Electromagnetic Dosing/Metering Pumps, CC3 Series. The pumps are solenoid driven and are controlled electronically by a PCB. The only moving part in the pump is the solenoid armature, with a maximum movement of 1.25 mm. Since there are no rotating parts, no lubrication is needed, wear and tear is negligible and the pump is virtually maintenance free. The diaphragm is made up of high quality nylon fabric reinforced EPDM with moulded steel core and has a layer of PTFE on the liquid contact area. Pump heads, made of different materials like PVC, PP, PTFE, SS and MS can be offered depending upon the chemical to be handled. Double ball valves on the suction and discharge sides ensure maximum reliability. In E and CC3 Series pumps, the body is made up of high quality plastic while for the B Series, it is made from die-cast aluminium with powder coating. In the E and B range of pumps, the frequency can be varied between 4% and 100% and the stroke length between 10% and 100%. While the frequency can be adjusted in steps of 25%, 50% and 100%, the stroke length can be varied from 10% to 100 % in CC3 series. The pump has an in-built facility for automatic control of dosing and can accept pulse signals or analogue signals of 0/4-20 mA. The pump is suitable for a power supply of single phase, 230 V (AC). A wide range of accessories such as foot valve, dosing valve, check valve, pressure retaining valve, anti-siphon valve, pulsation dampener, level sensor, tank, etc, are also available.
