Dencil Pumps offers Double Acting Plunger Pump with the design features of metering precision. Electrical motor driven reduction gears control the stroke per minute of the plunger through crank mechanism. The capacity can be varied from zero to maximum percentage by stroke length adjustment mechanism. These pumps have the salient features of electrical driven mechanical actuated metering pumps. Flow control can be done while the pumps are running or at rest. These pumps are suitable for solvents, highly corrosive chemicals and viscous liquids. Double acting plunger pumps can deliver the liquid in minimum pulsation effect because flow rate be achieved in forward and backward movement of the plunger. Wetted parts are available in SS 304, SS 316, alloy 20, hastelloy B or C, titanium, nickel, monel, inconel and other machinable metals.
