This is single acting reciprocating type positive displacement controlled volume pump, which can deliver flow streams at adjustable & controlled rates in required process conditions. This pump is also called as injection pump, feed pump, proportioning pump and leak less pump. Specifications: flow range - 100 ml/hr to 15000 LPH; pressure range - up to 1000 Kg/cm2; temperature range - 30 ?C to 150 ?C; manufacturing standard - API 675; materials: AISI 316, AISI 304, AISI 410, CS, alloy-20, hastelloy C & B, titanium, monel, polypropylene, PTFE, nylon, PVC, UHMWPE, etc. Stroke adjustment cartridge - manual, pneumatic, and electric; wet end cartridge - single acting or double acting plunger, mechanically actuated diaphragm, hydraulically actuated single or double diaphragm, bellow, wet end cartridge with heating or cooling jacket; valve - ball, cone, plate, wing with or without spring loaded; gland packing - U seal (PTFE, Chevron, PU), square rope, bellow type. Options: pressure relief valve, pulsation dampner, instrumentation and automation, complete dosing systems.
