Dispenser

Cross Engineers offers packaging, filling and dispensing solutions for adhesives and sealants. The company is an authorized distributor for Sulzer Mixpac, Switzerland, for their product range. This includes – dual cartridges for adhesives, sealants and epoxies, static mixers, dispensers for dual cartridges and DX meter mix dispensing machines. The DXH Dispenser is an integral part of the Mixpac DX system and was developed to simplify the use of 2-component adhesives and sealants. The DXH dispenser incorporates pneumatically driven twin reciprocating metering pumps to meter, mix and dispense low to medium viscosity flow able and thixotropic, non-abrasive reactive resin components. The pumps provide a volumetric output of the two resin components in a fixed ratio from refillable containers. Standard volumetric output ratios are: 1:1/1.5:1/2:1/4:1 and 10:1. Dispenser models: DXH-3 – dispensing volume approx 25 ml per stroke; and DXH-4 – dispensing volume approx 50 ml per stroke.
