The Chemical Process Pump is horizontal single stage centrifugal pump available in polypropylene materials. This is manufactured from sturdy cast iron, which provides rigid bearing alignment and shaft support. It is available with polypropylene volute, which ensures high performance and durability. The shafts are known for durability and reliability. These single piece heavy-duty shafts are available in full SS 316 & E.N. material. They are also available in different materials like Teflon / ceramic or P.P. The shaft sealing is supplied with either packing or mechanical seals in stuffing box. External cooling is provided for a longer life, inboard bearings are in a single row, deep groove, and outboard are in double row, deep grove and angular contact. Bearings are pressed on shaft and free to float axially in a frame that carries radial load only. Both bearings are guaranteed for two-year minimum life. The bearing frames are used for chemical process pumps. The company also offers chemical metering pumps.
