CHEMICAL TRANSFER METERING PUMPS

Jagdish Engineering Works offer Chemical Transfer Metering Pumps. It is used for incinerator equipment for constant spraying through the nozzle. The range for chemical spraying is available from 2 LPH - 5000 LPH with installation of PRV on discharge line pulsation damper. It is used to transfer chemicals in required accurate capacity. The flow rate of the pump can be controlled from 0 to 100% with variation of maximum - 2%. Capacity range is available from 2 LPH to 6000 LPH in plunger and diaphragm type pumps with pressure up to 200 kg/cm2 in material of construction of SS 304, SS 316, alloy "20", hastalloy - "B" or "C". Its design is most simple and can be maintained very easily by any in-house maintenance staff, based on the supplied operation manual, installation and assembly drawings. Spares also are readily available. These pumps have applications in industries like paper mills (rosin - alum), sugar mill, fertilizer plants (phosphate dosing), pharma (for paste, syrup, ointment), etc. The other products offered are positive displacement metering pumps, dosing pumps, pressure relief valves, suction strainers, pulsation dampeners, etc.
