Chemical Metering/Dosing Pump for Alum & Rosin

JEW offers metering pumps for paper mills for transfer of chemicals (alum and rosin) with accurate capacity and required pressure from 50 ml per hour to 6000 ltr per hour with pressure up to 200 kg/cm? in material of construction in SS 304/SS 316/alloy 20, hast alloy, etc. These pumps can be used for different applications where: chemical is to be transferred from ground level to different head at exact quantity; chemical to be transferred with pressure; chemical to be transferred in different capacities at the different time as per your requirement of the batch; and duplex metering ? two different chemicals to be mixed with required ratio. More than 600 JEW pumps are working with repeat orders in paper mills as the design is most simple and any fitter can fit the same; also there is interchangeability of spares for all pumps supplied from 1969 onwards, available in ready stock, with all pumps installation and instruction manual supplied. The pumps are ready for operation after purchase by just filling oil in the gearbox and connecting the wires.
