Chemical Metering Skid Systems

The Chemical Metering Skid Systems are available with a calibration column and all the piping needed for an easy-to-operate and easy-to-maintain metering pump system. These are ideal for chemical feed applications at wastewater treatment facilities and industrial applications. Unlike skid systems for diaphragm metering pumps, Watson-Marlow Bredel's tubing pump skid systems require minimal ancillary equipment: no back pressure regulators; no de-gassing valves; no strainers; no pulsation dampeners; and no additional piping. This is truly a simple, complete and cost-effective system, making it the ideal solution for pumping chemicals like sodium hypo chlorite, ferric chloride and many others. Watson-Marlow Bredel's skid systems require less maintenance than alternative systems – just a one-minute tube change. Plus they deliver an accuracy of +/- .5%, far better accuracy than diaphragm pump skid systems. Every Watson-Marlow Bredel peristaltic pump is an inherent metering pump with repeatability at 99.5%. Many models include integral digital drives and displays in wash down enclosures. These self-priming pumps accommodate flow rates from 0.1 microlitre to 350 gpm, and are extremely durable, withstanding pressures up to 232 psi. There are no internal universal joints, valves, dead corners, or glands to impede flow, and these pumps are reversible for back flushing lines. These can also run dry indefinitely without damage and provide up to a 30' suction lift.
