Grease Pump, Manual Two Line

Skylub System manufactures a range of centralised lubrication systems. This includes: motorised, pneumatic, hydraulic, manually operated grease/oil pumps, etc. The company offers Manual Two-Line Grease Pumps. This qualitative range of manual grease pumps is used in various industries and known for its features like compact size and rigid construction. These pumps are specially designed with minimum moving parts so as to make it long lasting and give absolutely trouble free operation. Working: grease is sucked through suction port on pulling the handle of pump and grease comes out under pressure through check value on pushing handle of pump. To push the grease further in suction port, spring pressure through follower plate is exerted over the top surface of the grease. The main pump unit is made up of purely transparent acrylic reservoir for storage of grease. A tell tale rod is provided for sensing the grease level and follower plate assembly is provided for helping in positive suction of grease. A non-return valve is provided in the system of the outlet port to check reverse flow of grease. The pump has the provision for grease to be filled manually or with another pump. To remove air, the bleed plug is unscrewed, the handle is put maximum out and the follower plate is pressed by knob till grease comes out from bleed plug. Distribution system: in order to distribute the grease to the available lubrication points, a progressive block is used in sequence one after another. In addition to that, progressive blocks are added as per requirement.
