Lobe Pumps

Lobe Pumps are assembled on a mild steeled based frame and coupled with cast iron gearbox, which has a protective coating in epoxy paint finish. The chamber separating rotor case and gearbox enables fitting of balanced compact reversible mechanical seals, avoiding contamination between the pumped fluid and gearbox lubricant. The base of the gearbox is designed to make installation easier for connecting horizontal and vertical pipelines. The pump is modular in design allowing the main parts such as the rotor and seals, to be changed quickly and easily. IDMC, as per the collaboration with OMAC, Italy, is responsible for the marketing and servicing of their complete range of lobe pumps in India. These pumps are designed to bolt or interchange all options without any modifications. The pump contact parts are made in AISI 316 to allow their use in the highly critical food and pharmaceutical industries.
