Water Jet Descaling Systems

PressureJet Systems offers Water Jet Descaling System. The complete system for slab de-scaling consists of pump, nozzle, electric panel, unloader valve, etc. In rolling mills, when red-hot steel bars/rolls come out from furnace, they will get in direct contact with atmospheric air. Hence, there will be formation of the scale on the metal surface due to the oxidation. This will affects the quality of metal surface of the steel bars/rolls. This kind of scale formation has to be removed by high-pressure water jet pumps before further processing of steel bars/rolls. The system having pump flow up to 775 LPM and pressure up to 300 kg/cm² used for heat exchanger tube cleaning, hydro test, reverse osmosis, rust and paint removal, surface preparation, etc., & high-pressure triplex plunger pump used for steel industries, rolling mills and forging units for de-scaling application are also offered.
