Apna Engineers offers Servo Press and Servo Press Workstation. The Titum servo press workstation is a standalone unit consisting of a ball screw driven servo press, a ‘C’ frame, a base structure, operator control panel with Man Machine Interface (HMI) and an electrical cabinet. The servo press workstation is fully mobile and can be easily set up for work. This workstation requires only electric connection to start operating. The workstation is completely electrically driven, unlike other workstations there is no messy hydraulic (hydraulic pumps, valves oil/oil heating up, etc), or pneumatic components. It requires some periodic lubrication only, hence totally maintenance free. Titum electro-mechanical servo press and workstation are integrated with quality components and multi axis controllers to provide a close loop precision control of the process. The workstation PLC, HMI and the company’s dedicated software provide easy and rapid set-up of process and test routines.
