MBM Engineering Infotech Limited offers a range of Mechanical Power Transmission Products for material handling systems. The range includes: bearing accessories – adapter/withdrawal sleeves, hydraulic sleeves, hydraulic nuts, hydraulic pumps, lock nuts, and lock washers; special sleeves with advanced surface technology for high wear and corrosion resistance; internal and external inter-locking devices for conveying systems, locking assemblies, shrink discs; and bearing housings, housing seals, locating rings, felt-seals. The company manufactures adapter sleeves conforming to IS 8656 – 1977, ISO – 2982-1, DIN – 5415 standards; and withdrawal sleeves conforming to IS 8657 – 1977, ISO – 2982-1, DIN – 5416 standards. Special sleeves are recommended for corrosive environments in process industries involving chemicals. Advanced surface technology provides: wear protection against abrasion, scuffing, erosion, and fretting; and corrosion protection against oxidation, hot gas corrosion along with thermal insulation. MBM manufactures a wide range of sleeves of sizes starting from 20 mm to 1200 mm; internal locking devices, locking assemblies of 7012, 9012, 7013, 9013, 7015, 9015, 8006, 9071 series, shrink discs 4071, hydraulic shrink discs; and torque wrenches are also manufactured. Bearing housings of type SNL, SD, SOFN, housing seals of type TA, TG, TC, TS, TAU series are manufactured. All products are manufactured using high precision CNC machines only.
