Minihyd Hydraulics Pvt Ltd offers a range of Hydraulic Pumps. Minihyd pumps are compact in size and work on the principle of positive displacement of the fluid with each rotation of shaft. Because of variable discharge and small compact size, these pumps have wide application in lubrication of machine tools, press tools, chemical, pharmaceutical, textiles, printing, canning and bottling and plastic processing and moulding machines. Other applications relate to transfer of fluid, burning oil, hydraulic power packs, rotary filters as well as vehicle engine lubrication. In short these pumps can be used anywhere, where requirement of flow of liquid as well as pressure is low. The design is based on internal gearing, which is geroter type. The perfect matching of inner and outer geroter elements during rotation creates vacuum, which is utilised to suck fluid from inlet port of pump. The sucked liquid is squeezed between rotating elements and is forcibly discharged from outer port of the pump. In line matching of elements make the whole pump assembly noiseless and compact. Mounting-wise these pumps are of two types, viz., flange type and insert type. Pumps are available in different standard sizes depending upon the discharge value in LPM at 1500 shaft RPM. Range for shaft rotation speed is 100-2000 RPM, which gives a variable fluid discharge characteristic proportional to the speed of shaft. Suction strainer, reversible characteristics, built-in relief valve and some other features are available as options.
