Interpump Hydraulics India is a 100% subsidiary of the Interpump Group based at Milan, Italy, a world leader in PTOs and a major player in the manufacture of hydraulic equipment the world over. The group has recently made an entry into the cylinder manufacturing sector as well with the acquisition of companies like Contarini, Cover, Modenflex, Penta and Panni, each of which specialises in the manufacture of different types of cylinders. India being one of the fastest growing markets in the world, demands continuous technological evolution and hence major emphasis is put into research of product technology at IPH India. The company has the ability to customise products according to customer needs, and offers the most advanced and effective solutions at competitive prices. It is already a supplier in the OEM sector to Ashok Leyland and hopes to soon be a contender with other major OEMs. It has successfully supplied PTOs and pumps to more than 50,000 vehicles since 2005. The company offers a wide range of products such as split shaft PTO units, high pressure pumps, power packs, hand pumps, clutch PTO, engine PTOs, etc. The effort is on to expand the product range to reach all ranges of tippers and also construction equipment market. It is also the only manufacturer of PTOs and pumps for the 1 tonner CV range with a PTO for Tata Ace, which is the smallest PTO in production. With the new state-of-the-art Wet Kit, the company hopes to set the standard for 25 tonner range for all brands of tippers such as Ashok Leyland, Tata Motors, Eicher, Force Man, Mahindra Navistar, Tatra and AMW. Wet Kit boasts of a new improved valve that offers higher flow rate and more control to the operator also with new additional safety features offering protection to the pump and cylinder. Wet Kit will also be made available with high quality, European quality cylinders.
