D I Engineers offers Ropar brand Rotary Twin Gear Pump, type DIRN. This is characterised by reliability in performance and efficiency, attributes that are among the chief consideration when designing pumps. All Ropar rotary twin gear pumps are proven for reliability, efficiency, compactness and noiseless operation. These pumps have outclassed conventional gear pumps offering better overall performance at considerable reduced cost. Many imported and indigenous pumps are replaced with Ropar pumps in power stations, steel plants, refineries, oil installations, cement plants and cargo ships. DIRN series pumps are designed to offer further simplicity with added reliability meeting international standard like DIN, API, JIS and above all the growing expectations of enlightened costumer. DIRN series pumps are available in wide capacity range and option of self or independently lubricated, jacketed or non-jacketed construction. Advantages: double helical herringbone gear design ensures design no side thrust maintain constant volumetric efficiency by design low leakage path; modified profile teeth gives low moment of inertia, low frictional losses and enhanced tooth life; floating gear design ensures uniform matching, equal load distribution and silent running; and extra thick shaft withstands bending effectively – gives higher bearing life, sleeve on shaft make maintenance easy and economical. Applications are for loading/unloading and transfer of all kinds of petroleum products and any kind of viscous liquids for continuous uninterrupted service. These are available in sizes from: ½” to 6” NB size flanged to ASA-150, B 16.5 class, capacity from 0.5 to 200 m3/hr, pressure up to 11 kg/cm2, viscosity up to 1,00,000 cSt, and temperature up to 110°C, optionally available for high temperature up to 250°C.
