Multistage Coolant Pumps

Rajamane Industries manufactures the RKM Series multistage coolant pumps. The 100, 200, 300 and 400 Series coolant pumps deliver up to 450 LPM and have pressures up to 24 bar. These are used as import substitute coolant pumps on many CNC, SPM, gundrilling and deep hole drilling machines. These pumps are immersion type having double sealing arrangement for leak free performance for years. These are centrifugal pumps, hence can be easily serviced to have original performance after 5-6 years of service. These are continuous rated coolant pumps and can handle particles of sizes up to 0.8 mm. This makes the filtration and maintenance easy. The gear pumps and vane pumps can be replaced with these coolant pumps on old CNC machines, SPM'S, etc, for trouble free performance of the machine and save on tool tips. Available in various sizes to suit users' discharge and pressure requirements. These pumps can deliver high discharge at lower heads, can also be used for flushing, after high pressure application to clear the chips on the machine.
