Lubrication Unit

Drip Lub offers centralised lubrication unit. It consists of electrical motor, gear pump, monobloc, float switch, air breather suction strainer, oil window and MS tank. Several types of systems are available depending on the type of motor, pump output and tank capacity. Motor used is 3-phase, 1,440 RPM, 0. 1/0. 1 6 HP or single phase 1,440 RPM. Gear pumps are used for positive displacement of oil. Range of pumps covers 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2 and 3 LPM at 1,440 RPM with pressure from 2 to 15 kg/cm3. Relief valve is provided to ensure line pressure and the settings possible are from 2 to 12 kg/cm3. Pressure gauge is provided on the manifold to indicate the line pressure. Tank is MS fabricated and powder coated. Oil window is provided to indicate the oil level in the tank. Vertical float switch is provided on the tank to give the low level indication. Normally NO is provided but NC or NO-NC contacts can also be provided. Air breather with filter is provided on the tank to fill the oil in the tank. A 20-micron suction strainer is provided at suction end of the pump to suck filtered oil. Tank capacities are available in 3, 5, 10 and 15 litres. User areas are: machine tools, press brakes, CNC centres, SPMs, ball mills, textile machines, printing machines, gearbox lubrication, spray driers, plastic moulding machines, die casting, etc.
