Internal Gear Pump

Neels Techno Systems offers Entees Internal Gear Pump, E-Series. This is a positive displacement pump having two gears one within other. These pumps are most efficient and dependable. The two gears are called rotor gear and idler gear. When the rotor shaft gets the drive from the motor, in every revolution of the rotor shaft a definite amount of liquid enters to the pump through the suction port and fills the space between the teeth of the rotor and the idler. The crescent on the pump head splits the flow of the liquid as it moved smoothly towards discharge port. The idler gear which carries the liquid between its teeth and inside surface of the crescent rotates on the crescent pin supported by the pump head. The maximum operating pressure for non-lubricating liquids is 7 kg/cm2 and for lubricating liquids are 14 kg/cm2. The viscosity ranging from 1 cSt to 50,000 cSt. The maximum temperature can handle up to 350ºC and it varies according to the pump design and model.
