Hydraulic gear pumps (4 stage)

The Supremo range of 4 stage hydraulic gear pumps from VBC Hydraulics have high volumetric efficiency in excess of 95%. The body is made from high tensile aluminum extrusion to give high fatigue strength. Cast iron bodies are also available. Steel backed bronze DU/DU bushes are used with bearings provide proper contact with the rotating shafts and withstand the high force product at maximum pressure and speed condition. The front flange and drive shaft ends can be of European/American standards. Special mounting can be provided. Specifications: displacement 0.03 cm3/rev to 150 cm3/rev using SAE 20 oil at 50?C; continuous pressure rating up to 210 bar/max 250 bar; maximum speed rating up to 3000 RPM; oil viscosity at any running condition must not be less than 40 Red Wood No. 1 sec (1 .45e); and system temperature - -20?C to +80?C. Application: agricultural machines, construction machines, hydraulic presses, rubber-plastics moulding, material handling equipments, lubricating systems, earth moving equipments, industrial hydraulic power packs, etc.
