Hydraulic Lathe Tracer

Ditamir Hycon manufactures a range of hydraulic lathe tracers for longitudinal, face and bore copying on lathes. The tracers are compact and of robust construction and feature hardened and ground slides and auto-lubrication. They are available in four sizes that can be fitted on different sizes of lathes. A servo actuated automatic finish cut system, operated by the retract-forward handle, provides the surface finish and an accuracy of ?0.025 mm. Tool posts are hardened with a provision for axial and radial movements and are supplied with quick change tool holders. All tracers are provided with power packs having gear pumps, gauge isolator, oil level indicator, breather filter, etc. Master carrier supplied is for holding round masters and optionally with flat template holders both having longitudinal and axial adjustments. A six-station servo biased auto indexing turret system is optional. Tracers are also available with auto cycle and self contained system.
