Hydraulic gear pumps

Dynamatic Technologies offers Dynamatic P3000 hydraulic gear pumps. The range has four basic frame sizes having displacements from 0.08 in3/rev (0.26 cm3/rev) to 9.24 in3/rev (151.32 cm3/rev.). The P3000 pumps are designed for continuous operation at 3000 PSI (207 bar) in most cases and up to 4000 RPM. With proper considerations, the operating temperatures can be as low as 40 ?F ( -40 ?C) to as high as 230 ?F (110 ?C). The induced flow lubrication system ensures unsurpassed volumetric efficiency, especially under high temperature conditions. These units are designed with pressure balanced bushings and open ended pump cases, which provided lower internal stresses and higher reliability than the competition. Since this design is less expensive to manufacture and through common assemblies is extremely adaptable, a range of variants are offered at competitive prices.
