Hydraulic gear pumps

Madhya Pradesh-based G G Automotive Gears, an ISO 9002 company, manufactures hydraulic gear pumps. These pumps have standard revolutions of 800 RPM. The discharge volume is 136 cc/rev. The maximum testing pressure is 210 kg/cm^2. These pumps weigh around 37 kg. Body of the pump is constructed with CI (IS 210 FG 200); gears are precision case hardened (made from alloy steel forging); wear plates are bimetallic; and shaft seals made of neoprene oil seals. The bearings used are of needle roller type.
