Gear Pumps

Drip Lub manufactures gear pumps in face mounting models. Two types of pumps are made as standard, one with a key-way and the other with an insert type shaft. The range of pump's output is 0.1 to 50 LPM. These pumps can give pressures from 4 kg/cm? to 20 kg/cm? depending on the output. All pumps have CI body and EN gears. Normal construction of the pump has two precisely machined spur gears fixed in CI body. Hardened and ground shaft is used to drive the pump. Rubber seal with a protection washer and circlip is used on the driver shaft to prevent leakages. Threaded output/suction ports are provided on the body. Normal threading are 1/8", 1/4", 3/8"or 3/4"BSP female depending on the output of the pump. Suction port is provided at the bottom and outlet port is provided on circumference of the pump. Diameter of pump ranges from 52 to 150 mm, and height is 34 to 180 mm. The suction height of the pump is 3 metres. This pump can be operated from 5 to 2800 RPM. Normally this pump can be driven by 0.1 HP to 0.5 HP motors. This pump is ideal for use in lubrication system, small power pack, liquid transfer, suction of liquid, spraying system, drip irrigation system, filtration system, and coolant system.
